Abstract

In the digital age, education and learning have experienced a profound transformation, particularly within the interdisciplinary field of Digital Humanities, which integrates traditional humanities disciplines with digital tools and methodologies. This revolution has significantly impacted the study and teaching of literature and language, with social media emerging as a powerful platform. Social media’s expansive reach and interactive capabilities offer unique opportunities to enhance engagement in literature and language learning. Moreover, these digital platforms have become instrumental in empowering women by providing access to educational resources, fostering collaboration, and amplifying marginalized voices. This article examines the intersection of Digital Humanities, social media, and women empowerment, investigating how these platforms can spike interest and engagement in literature and language education while simultaneously promoting gender equity.

By integrating Digital Humanities with social media platforms, educators and learners can not only deepen their engagement with literary texts and language acquisition but also create spaces where women can actively participate in scholarly discourse and leadership roles. The study explores various social media tools and strategies that facilitate active learning, critical thinking, and community building while addressing the challenges women face in the digital realm. It highlights the role of social media in promoting inclusivity, encouraging women's voices in language and literature education, and fostering opportunities for empowerment through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Ultimately, this article aims to demonstrate how digital platforms can revolutionize literature and language education, enhancing both the learning experience and the empowerment of women in academic and professional spaces.
